Shipping Charges Policy

USBshop.com does not consider shipping & handling charges as a profit center. We always provide the best shipping rate from the most reliable carriers.

To calculate shipping costs, add items to the shopping cart and click "check out". Fill in the ship-to information, select a shipping method and click the "next" button. Your shipping costs will calculate. At this point you are free to back-out of the order or change the shipping method and re-rate the order.

Payment

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. You can also pay by mailing a personal check, a company check, or a money order.

Phone Ordering

USBshop.com makes it easier for you to order. If you feel more comfortable ordering by phone, we have Sales Agents available between the hours of 7:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (10:00 AM Eastern) and 7:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (10:00 PM Eastern). To order by phone call 949-654 0003.

International Orders

We currently take orders from the US and Canada only. We plan to expend our services in teh near future.

Service \ Repair Policy

USBshop.com products are backed by each manufacturer's individual service and support product warranties.

  • Defective products that need service or replacement require a RMA number from the manufacturer.
  • USBshop.com is obligated to assist our customers with defective returns.

Return Policy

  • All returns are to be shipped freight prepaid by the customer.
  • USBshop.com requires a Return Authorization Number on the Package being returned, or no refund will be issued.
  • Returned product must be in perfect re-sellable condition.
  • Products Returned in Original UN-Opened Condition will receive Full Refund. 15% restocking fee may apply to opened products.
  • All products ordered from our web site can be returned within 14 days from order receipt. This return applies to open and unopened products.
  • Shipping charges will not be refunded when product is returned.
